User guide
Sign in and select a brand
- Use your email and password. Forgotten passwords can be reset from the sign-in page.
- Complete the authenticator challenge when requested. Keep your authenticator available.
- Select your brand before opening posts, reviews or reports. Agency users may switch between brands they have been assigned.
Create and approve content
- Open Compose, enter the caption, select platforms and attach media owned by the selected brand.
- Choose a pillar or campaign when relevant. Save a draft or submit it for approval.
- Managers review the caption and pre-flight result. A rejection includes a reason; revise the draft before resubmitting.
- Schedule an approved post for a future time. Check the post status and channel errors after publishing.
Reply to customers
- Open Unified Inbox or Engagement Inbox and choose the selected brand's conversations.
- Review any AI draft before sending. Check names, factual claims, prices and contact details.
- In Reviews, set business details and reply preferences for that brand. Sensitive reviews need human attention.
- Only enable automatic replies when you intend replies to be posted publicly.
Plan, measure and export
- Import a content plan for the correct brand and date range. Review its items before activating it.
- Compare planned and published content in Compliance. A period with no plan has no compliance score.
- Open Report Builder for the selected brand and period. Review generated summaries against the source data.
- Dates use DD/MM/YYYY, scheduling uses Asia/Dhaka and the working week begins Saturday.
VisionX trials
- Request and receive your trial key from VisionX Software. OmniPost activates an approved key; it does not approve VisionX requests.
- Open the activation link on OmniPost's own address or paste the key in Redeem. Activation is unavailable until trials are opened.
- Existing users sign in normally; activation must not change their existing password, roles or company.
- An activated trial has a days-left banner. At expiry, the workspace is intended to remain readable without deleting your data; activation stays closed until all protections are verified.
