Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from OmniPage. Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete your account and associated data, including:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar).
- OAuth tokens and connected social account credentials.
- Posts, drafts, comments, and messages managed through the platform.
- Analytics and usage logs tied to your user ID.
- Team memberships and brand associations.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please send an email with the following details:

Email privacy@omniposts.xyz with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
Include your account details
Provide the email address associated with your OmniPage account so we can verify ownership.
We process your request
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days, unless legal obligations require retention.
Facebook / Meta Data Deletion
If you connected a Facebook Page via Facebook Login, you can also revoke OmniPage’ access through your Facebook App Settings. Revoking access will stop data sharing, but will not delete historical data already stored in OmniPage. Use the email request above for full deletion.
What Happens After Deletion
- Your account is permanently deactivated and cannot be recovered.
- All personally identifiable information is removed from active systems.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics may be retained where individual identification is impossible.
- Backups are purged according to our standard retention schedule (up to 90 days).
Exceptions
We may retain certain data if required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. In such cases, access to the data will be restricted and only used for the specific legal purpose.
